Small Decisions, Don't Let Them Fool You

Have you ever stood still and noticed that one small thing can make a drastic change? In your day, your week or even your life...

I recently decided to get a puppy. Of course, when you see a puppy your heart and mind automatically drop to the loveydovey, goo-goo-gaa-gaa-baby-talk side that people rarely see. And what do you think happened when I came across a little furry, squishy face that was created by a Beagle and Bulldog? My loveydovey, goo-goo-gaa-gaa-baby-talk side came out, my instincts came out and they all got the better of me. Of course the first day I was so in love with my little critter, he was going to be my cuddle buddy and bestfriend. Well little did I know that I would be begging for some peaceful beauty sleep that night and the following nights to come. For such a cute little thing, he sure changed my schedule right around. Sleeping, potty breaks, playing, eating. These four things are what my days AND nights consisted of, in no particular order or time frame. After some hard work and much dedication, I am proud to say that my little Beabull has now began to go to the door when he needs a potty break, sleeps through the night, eats on a regular schedule and plays on his own (for the most part!)

No matter the size, anything can have a drastic change on your life. You could make an impulse decision and end up not sleeping right for the next 4months of your life. You could make a large decision and go on about your day as if you broke a nail and you're about to walk into a hand photo shoot. You could make a small decision and have the rest of the week go by like an icecream truck with no freezers inside. Don't brush off small things like they're nothing, because trust me, in a couple days they could turn around and bite you in the butt ... or on the hands!

All I'm saying is, yes those small puppies are cute and playful, but at the end of the day do you want to be carrying them home to bed?
